DevOps + Customer Success Engineer

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain components of the cloud infrastructure.
     

  • Optimize and manage/monitor security in production.
     

  • Identify and communicate customer technical issues to appropriate LightBeam teams with appropriate context and urgency.

Hi, my name is Alex and I'm with LightBeam for almost 2 years now.

I create user interfaces & I love what I do . But the real pleasure is to know that my work helps people to deal with the privacy & security risks that they're facing almost everyday . Working on the bleeding edge of one of the most critical personal security areas really motivates me to do my best and provide the finest user experiences possible.

At LightBeam, the attitude, depth of knowledge and overall team spirit is very unique and inspiring, something that I have never witnessed before.

When I am not working, I love to read sci-fi books, program architecture articles, go through tech and machine learning news, play offline RPG games, hang out with friends for table-top game parties or any outdoor activities

I value my freedom the most, and personal information security is one of the pillars that keeps it solid.

UX Designer based out of Bangalore, India. I have around 9 years of experience in building customer-focussed enterprise products. I was immediately intrigued with LightBeam when I heard about what they were trying to do. Privacy and security related issues are becoming more and more relevant for everyone in this day and age. LightBeam is trying to create a product which will help customers operate in the new privacy-first world. Here in LightBeam, giving the customers a simple and delightful user experience has always been a top priority. This emphasis on simplicity, great design and delight convinced me to join the team. Never ending supplies of ginger chai, fuel me through the workday. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me fantasising about Roger Federer’s Grand slam comeback. I love old hindi songs, ghazals, jazz and hindustani classical.

Working as a machine learning engineer at LightBeam.ai. I have completed my masters in Machine Learning from Georgia Institute of Technology.

My data to day work includes developing end to end Machine Learning capabilities into the product. Working with state of the art transformer models for problems like Named Entity Recognition, Document classification, Image classification etc. Doing all this stuff makes my day special at work

Apart from work I hit the GYM regularly and like to spend my weekends playing Football and Cricket. 

Data Privacy Automation is very important for every organisation to have control over the large amount of private data they are storing in various data sources. We are trying to solve this problem and have a very solid product around this and that is why I was attracted towards LightBeam.ai. 

After joining LightBeam.ai I was amazed by the way AI is implemented with highly accurate models to power the product.

My goal as an engineer here is to build a solid product which is liked by the customers and actually help them to solve their data privacy problems.
