The Role
We are looking for passionate Solutions Architects or CSMs to help us meet customer requirements. Do

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, aligning Lightbeam’s product capabilities
with their business objectives in data security, governance, and privacy. Proactively
advise on emerging trends in cybersecurity, data management, and cloud automation. - Guide Lightbeam customers through their entire journey, from onboarding and value
extraction to nurturing, renewals, and expansion. - Anticipate customer needs and potential issues, partnering with Sales and R&D teams to
identify opportunities, define solution strategies, and secure technical wins. - Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of Lightbeam AI-powered data
security platform, ensuring seamless integration with customer data sources and cloud
environments. - Design and configure customized data governance policies, including classification rules,
access controls, and privacy automation workflows, to meet specific compliance needs
(e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Monitor platform performance and customer adoption via analytics
dashboards, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize configurations to maximize risk
reduction and data visibility. - Conduct regular technical reviews and training sessions for customer stakeholders,
demonstrating advanced platform capabilities to foster self-sufficiency and long-term
engagement. Identify upsell opportunities by analyzing usage patterns and customer
feedback, recommending expansions such as enhanced AI governance modules or
scaled privacy automation to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in Post-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technology Consulting roles.
- Technical Expertise: Data Security & Governance: Data Access Governance, Data Loss Prevention, Privacy Compliance, Data Security Posture Management, Records Retention Management, Privacy Operations
- Platforms understanding(strongly recommended): Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Data center deployments. (eitherContainers, VMs, Servers etc.)
- Enterprise Products/Solutions: Microsoft Purview, Active Directory, IdP & SAML providers
- Value Driving Skills: Proven ability to deliver:
- Discuss and understand customers’ business and technical objectives and
provide and execute implementation plans for success outcomes. - Technical presentations & demos.
- Business reviews with stakeholders and client executive team.
- Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Post-sales consultations and being a trusted advisor with activities like Deployments, onboarding, basic troubleshooting.
- Identifying and closing upsell and cross selling opportunities.
- Soft Skills:
1. Strong communication skills with external(Customers, Partners) and internal
stakeholders(Product, R&D, Support, Sales, Leadership)
2. Client engagement, and executive presentation capabilities - Education: Degree in Computer Science, Network Administration, or related technical
field.
