We are flexible on experience levels (years of experience). Someone who has spent a few years each in more than two aspects of marketing (e.g. Product Marketing and Events; or Demand Gen and Product Mktg) should be able to hit the ground running. The role has a good mix of strategic thinking and flawless execution.
