About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled user experience designer to join our dynamic UX team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and optimizing features
and workflows for enterprise products, excellent communication skills and a strategic
mindset.

As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and
optimize user interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with senior
designers and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into
compelling and user-friendly designs. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth
and development in the field of user experience design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering or related field.


● Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product-focused environment.


● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.


● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.


● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.


● Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design

decisions.

● Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and process.
