We're gonna take a look at the Lightbeam platform.
We are now looking at the dashboard.
The dashboard is made up of a variety of widgets
that show different types
of information about your environment.
First are the data sources.
Data sources are repositories
and applications that hold the data that we are scanning.
Here we can see that we're connected
to 16 different data sources.
Next are attributes.
Attributes in lightbeam are data elements.
For example, name, address, phone number,
are all examples of an attribute.
The screen is broken down into two sections.
One is the total number of gigabytes that we have tracked.
The next is the total number
of attributes that we have tracked.
We can view this by either a daily or a cumulative amount.
If we switch to daily, you see that it reloads,
and we can see now the total number of attributes
and the total amount of disk space that it's taken.
Next are entities In Lightbeam,
an entity is a person or data subject.
These hold the data about who we are tracking.
Next are policies. Policies are how we manage data.
In light me, we have a variety of different types
of policies that can be set to manage your data.
We see that some show at risk.
At risk means that a policy that has been set
to manage data has been violated.
An at risk policy generates an alert.
This is a workflow piece that shows
how can we resolve the alert.
First, we have a total number of unresolved that show aging
and how many days they've been out.
Next are the critical alerts that have
to be addressed immediately.
On the other side of the screen, we see doc classification.
Lightbeam can automatically determine what type of data
that you have and break it down
by basic classifications like identity, financial,
human resources, medical, and others.
Below that, we have screens
for unstructured and structured data.
Unstructured data are files
that contain personal information that have been found.
Here we can see that we've scanned 546,000 documents,
messages, and blocks.
Below that is structured data.
These are the tables and databases
that are holding personal information.
Each of these screens can be drilled down
to show more detail in that particular area.
Additionally, we have menu options across the top
that can take you to the different places.
Here we can see RPA reports, DS a R reports
and cookie consent.
In that privacy ops module,
privacy at Partners will show us third parties
that we're sharing data with.
That is a view of the Lightbeam dashboard.
