Job Duties

Develop disaster recovery plans to safeguard network systems. Design and deploy solutions to resolve network issues. Manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal operations, maintenance, and upgrades. Monitor and evaluate network performance by analyzing data input and output reports to identify issues, optimize resource utilization, and plan for future capacity needs. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and providing personalized support to address their specific needs. Develop technical documentation, tutorials, and training materials to help customers better understand and utilize products or services. Develop and manage prototype configurations for network equipment, including hardware, software, servers, and operating systems. Identify specific requirements for network hardware and software, such as platforms, interfaces, bandwidths, and operational schemas. Collaborate with sales and customer success managers to onboard new customers, conduct technical demonstrations, and ensure successful implementation of our products or services. Meet with vendors, participate in conferences and training sessions, and review technical journals to stay updated on technological advancements. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, work closely with the engineering team to resolve complex problems and escalate critical issues as needed. Evaluate and enhance system performance, aiming to expand capabilities, anticipate customer needs, and innovate for continuous improvement. Deliver core operational support and engineering for several large-scale distributed software systems.

Job Requirements

Required Master’s or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any), MIS or any related field. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
