- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in the software space with a focus on security, and/or data privacy,
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with technology and security trends.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.

Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Customer focus: Drive LightBeam success by helping customers in their buyer's journey every step of the way helping them with just the right and effective content. 

  • Evangelism: Be the LightBeam evangelist and spokesperson at key industry events and conferences.

  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our security and privacy solutions. 

  • Customer Advocacy: Identify and cultivate customer advocates who can speak to the effectiveness of our security and privacy products.

  • Interface with the industry thought leaders and analysts on key security, privacy and data governance topics and associated technological evolution. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the customer success team to gather and leverage customer success stories, and with the demand generation team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for our products.
