As our Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads for the sales team. You play a crucial role in the sales process by identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to create a pipeline of qualified opportunities. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.

  • Utilize outbound prospecting techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to generate interest in the company's products or services.

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring that only high-potential opportunities are passed on to the sales team.

  • Nurture leads through ongoing communication and education about the company's value proposition.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in SaaS and/or cloud technology sales development process..

- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
